Feng Shui | The Consultation

Feng Shui Project Progress Bar: The Consultation

Submit the consultation questionnaire today to receive your free project proposal.

The consultation questionnaire is the first step in the feng shui consultation process. It is intended to gather some insight on the subject space as well as the client or clients who will utilize it and their desired functionality and aesthetic.

The consultation is free of charge. There is no fee or commitment unless you select to move forward with an analysis proposal. Submit your consultation questionnaire to begin.

1. Complete the Consultation Questionnaire

Complete the questionnaire Feng Shui | The Consultation without the bother of leaving your web browser.

2. Verify the Email Address
Check mark

Check your inbox for an email from Adobe verifying your address. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your completed consultation questionnaire.

3. Collect the Room Measurements
AR room scan

The AR (augmented reality) scan is the first step of a design plan. It is digitally crafted on site of the subject space, the objective of which to capture its shape, dimensions, and architectural features. This is used in space planning to ensure the design plan is to scale.

Download an AR room scanner from the mobile app store. There are a number of options available, sometimes free or often with a promotional trial period, such as Polycam.

Moving in a circle around the room—clockwise or counter clockwise—scan the walls ensuring capture of both where they meet the ceiling and the floor.

Export or save your scan as a 2D floorplan in .png, .pdf, or .jpg format to include with your consultation questionnaire submission.

Rough sketch

Alternatively, the measurements of the subject space can be collected into a rough sketch. A grid is available by downloading the form below. Additional pages can be attached to the document should more space be needed.

See Feng Shui | The Rough Sketch (A Guide) for a step by step guide to collecting measurements.

4. Photograph the Room
Living room photographs four corners

Photograph the room (or rooms) once from each corner. The room does not need to be emptied or staged. Ensure the room is well lit and at least two walls, the ceiling, and floor are within frame.

This is necessary for the determination as to the scope of the project and assessment of possible ways in which to energize positive chi flow.

5. Submit the Consultation Docs
Attachments

Save your consultation docs as digital files (.pdf, .jpeg, .doc, .docx, or .zip) and attach these to the form below.
