The consultation questionnaire is the first step in the feng shui consultation process. It is intended to gather some insight on the subject space as well as the client or clients who will utilize it and their desired functionality and aesthetic.

The consultation is free of charge. There is no fee or commitment unless you select to move forward with an analysis proposal.

Check your inbox for an email from Adobe verifying your address. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your completed consultation questionnaire.

Photograph the room(s) (or space(s)) once from each corner. The room does not need to be emptied or staged. Ensure the room is well lit and at least two walls, the ceiling, and floor are within frame.

This is necessary for the determination as to the scope of the project and assessment of possible ways in which to energize positive chi flow.
