2. Verify the Email Address
Email

Check your inbox for an email from Adobe verifying your address. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your completed site questionnaire.

3. Collect the Room Measurements
AR room scan

The AR (augmented reality) scan is the first step of a design plan. It is digitally crafted on site of the subject space, the objective of which to capture its shape, dimensions, and architectural features. This is used in space planning to ensure the design plan is to scale.

Download an AR room scanner from the mobile app store. There are a number of options available, sometimes free or often with a promotional trial period, such as Polycam.

Moving in a circle around the room—clockwise or counter clockwise—scan the walls ensuring capture of both where they meet the ceiling and the floor.

Export or save your scan as a 2D floorplan in .png, .pdf, or .jpg format to include with your consultation questionnaire submission.

Rough sketch

Alternatively, the measurements of the subject space can be collected into a rough sketch. A grid is available by downloading the form below. Additional pages can be attached to the document should more space be needed.

See Feng Shui | The Rough Sketch (A Guide) for a step by step guide to collecting measurements for a rough sketch.

4. Photograph the Elements
Elements Photographs

Ensure the space is well lit. Rather than photographing the room from each corner, snap a picture of each of the existing elements listed on pages 4 and 5 of your site questionnaire.

5. Submit the Site Docs
Attachments

The room measurements and element photographs are submitted using the form below.

Saved as digital files (.pdf, .jpeg, .doc, .docx, or .zip), attach and submit site docs using the form below.
