The  consultation questionnaire is the first step in the design process. It is intended to gather some insight on the spaces in which the design will take place as well as the client or clients who will utilize the space and their desired functionality and aesthetic.

The consultation is free of charge. There is no fee or commitment unless you select to move forward with a proposed design concept.

Check your inbox for an email from Adobe verifying your address. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your completed consultation questionnaire.

Photograph the room (or rooms) once from each corner. The room does not need to be emptied or staged. Ensure the room is well lit and at least two walls, the ceiling, and floor are within frame.

This is necessary for consideration as to structural detail and sight lines.
