The consultation questionnaire is the first step in the color consultation process. It is intended to gather some insight on the room or rooms in which the color palette will be applied as well as the client or clients who will utilize the space and their desired functionality and aesthetic.
The consultation is free of charge. There is no fee or commitment unless you select to move forward with a color proposal. Submit your consultation questionnaire to begin.

Should you have questions while completing the questionnaire, a sample is available for reference.
Check your inbox for an email from Adobe verifying your address. Once your email address is confirmed, you will receive a copy of your completed consultation questionnaire.
Photograph the room (or rooms) once from each corner. The room does not need to be emptied or staged. Ensure the room is well lit and at least two walls, the ceiling, and floor are within frame.
Additionally, take pictures of any existing elements to be considered with regard to the new color palette, such as a piece of art or an end table.
This is necessary for consideration as to existing elements and sight lines.

This form allows a maximum total of 15 MB in attachments. If your total attachment size exceeds 15 MB, please submit the remaining photographs in additional submissions of the form.
Once submitted, please allow up to three business days for confirmation by email that everything necessary to begin your free project proposal was received.
